Dragon Age Inquisition is definitely not the most beloved Dragon Age game. But this open world RPG still has a lot to offer!

Weird you make this I replayed every dragon and like them but tbh Inqisition was the best to me with a lot of life of quality thing combat and skills were better and I liked the open world I hated repeated areas
I actually liked DA 2. Have ylayed it more then both the other 2 games.
What a silly question
I still haven’t open my copy on the ps4.
why no one never talks abut the game not launching proplem from origna
Damn I loathe the decision to remove healer in this game
What the heck is that semi transparent blue horse? I don’t remember that one
The game sucks bad sry
I love this game. But I actually have never played through with all the DLCs. By the time they came out, I had already played through the game, and now other games drew my attention.
I got an unfinished playthrough now though with all the DLCs, but then my screen monitor got fucked, and while I used a older one for replacement, I figured I would wait until I got a new one before I resumed DA again. And when I got my new monitor, some brand new games came out, and once again I got distracted. Why am I like this…
Gam was pretty good i just hate how heavily instanced it was. Really breaks immersion for a singleplayer rpg
randy rainbow
story mode is good to play even more on the hardest difficulty its a good game but multiplayer is even better why not play with your team and gain good itoms and rare things together with friends alo reccomend it for the gameplay even Dragon age Origing is a good game from the year 2009 the best fantesy game in my oppinion.
I hate it when a and d is not strafe, but just looking left/right. I can't play with that
I really enjoyed this game at the time. Sadly bioware isn't the same as it used to be and i don't have high hopes for dragon age 4
If only the armor didn't look like dog crap, that is unless you play on pc and mod it.
Verdict:
Get it on a discount, because at 10 dollars you're getting a LOT of fun content.
hope other dragon age games come to GOG.COM cuz drm free
Great video. COMPLETELY forgot about this game after getting my xbox one a couple years after launch. Couldn't think of a good fantasy rpg to play and remembered how badly I wanted to play this when it released originally.
The graphics are still absolutely amazing. The materials look so spot on. Metal especially.
The whole series is worth playing. Well maybe not the 2nd game depending on who you are. But origins is a masterpiece and inquisition isn't bad at all. Favorite series of all time.
How long is a full playthrough?
I rather play DA 1 instead of this. it's not worst than DA 2 but nah, tons of tedious open wolrd stuff that makes me not wanting to re-play it again.
It's a good game. It might even be a great game. But it could have been a masterpiece. I just think the entire skill system from trees to how you use skills in combat is way, Way too basic and simplistic. And the cardinal sin for me is that the loot is objectively uninteresting and uninspired. It's all literally just stat sticks with bigger numbers and different colors. There are no interesting armor effects or cool weapon procs. No intricate interactions between different armors or artifacts that have big effects on how your character operates. It's the most basic meat and potatoes rpg loot I've ever seen in a game with such a huge budget and deep fiction to pull from. I also personally Hate the healing system. Like truly despise it. The fact that priests and clerics just straight up don't exist in this world is corny to me when you consider the lore.
i have loved this game with all the expansion are a really amazing game .
You say that Cole and Sera are not realistic even by RPG standards. Could you tell me what you mean by that? Obviously Sera being an elf is not it as you specifically pinpoint one person only. Cole I think can be seen as something of a metaphor of someone on the autism spectrum.
Sera, I mean, I really dislike her as a character but I wonder what it is about her that strikes you as unrealistic. Her being an elf that hates things as 'elf-y'? The same type of charge could be leveled at Vivienne with regard to magic. People internalizing against a group they belong to is not something unrealistic. It is something that happens in reality.
Really wonder if there's something else that strikes you as unrealistic. Her being childish? Doubt it. Her being obnoxious? Doubt it. Gotta be the anti elf elf thing, and yeah, if you think that's it… you really should look up things like internalized racism/homophobia/bigotry
DAI is one of the best games I have ever played. I really enjoyed it as much as I did with The Witcher 3. So much replay value, so many skill combinations to experiment with. I really hope they make DA4 phenomenal and I would support them by buying it on day 1.
I never played DA:Origins, I jumped on the wagon from DA2 and loved it. DA: Inquisition was a much different game for me – from DA2 – but I loved it too. And the DLCs – very well crafted. Jaws of Hakkon has some interesting tit-bits about lore – but overall its just a new area you can explore and its quite well designed.
Descent and Trespassers is where the real meat lies – Descent puts a new perspective to Dwarven race and their ancient war with elves. And Trespassers foreshadows a lot of interesting plot points for DA4.
There are many elements in the game which are weird – fetch quests and shards for example. But there are very few games which don't have them – and it's mandatory to do all of them. If you want a 40 hr experience do that, if you want a 80 hr experience do all the quests.
Builds are also versatile. You can become an unkillable tank. Or a high Damage dealing warrior, assassin/archer or mage.
NPCs are well crafted and romance options are nice sketched out. Its a good game – and unless you biases, you will enjoy it.
is there a mode that make you invincible
Big areas were lifeless if all you can do are fetch quests. Going hiking in Skyrim was much more fun because of odd little things and people you find. I don’t agree with most of the positive points about the game, but this was a good video.
11:28 looks inappropriate to show to kids, 😜
Why play a dead game In a dead series that helped kill an entire studio out of cooperate greed?
Nobody expects the Dragon Age inquisition!
Fetch quest… Mmorpg… Empty world.. Boring, poor writing characters… DA is dead long time ago…
It was 29.99 for so long but I found it for 17 bucks yesterday, it's soooooo fun. I've been craving another good rpg since playing witcher 3 over and over again, and after playing ghost of tsushima. This game is dope.
Characters are too unlikable for me to be able to play this game.
I just bought this due to the recommendation of a friend, I have never played a dragon age before
ive never played it before, but today that is going to change
What the heck is that blue transparent mount? I've beaten this game several times and have never seen that!
yes.
The game was definitively ruined by its controls.
Every dragon age kicked ass. Wtf was this jack ass talking about?
Inquisition isn’t a bad game, it just isn’t the game I expected after dragon age origins. One is dark and there is a sense of impending doom, whereas the other is bright and you feel like nothing really matters. I got all the dlc for all dragon age games and I have nearly 1000 hours in origins and 300 In da2 and dai. I’ll play anytbing in the franchise, but that doesn’t mean I don’t wish they’d just return to the dark setting. I’m also not a fan of the art style of the companions in the most recent game, feels cartoony and the character models don’t seem that attractive to me. While that could all just be on me, I wish they would return to the original feel of the franchise
That RISEN music in the background though <3
just finished a 120 hour walkthrough and wtf, what a piece of shit game. feels like i just wasted valuable time. fml. the ending is so underwhelming 🙁
Just started playing this game last weekend im definitely enjoying the game.
I really enjoy all of the DA games, even II, for different reasons but I love Inquisition. The War Room was fantastic IMO. I felt like it really helped with immersion, gave you some downtime while still gathering lore. Great addition.
Why I dropped the game characters were ugly and walking/fighting animations were funny.
the graphic quality is suprisingly good for 2014 and still good today.. so and the story is interesting, when it's on discount im getting it
I bought this game ages ago and played it for 20 minutes or so but got put off with the clunky tactical camera and (quite) odd combat. I came from World of Warcraft and I probably judged it’s combat too quickly. After seeing this video I can say that I will give it another shot though. I’ve got all the DLC and everything which I’ve heard is good so, going to give a good go of it this time!
The Dragon bosses are still the best, skyrim is nothing
